Even though surgery can be scary, it’s just so nice how you can just be put completely to sleep and not feel any pain at all, plus it really passes the time so you’re not waiting exactly how long the whole surgery takes it just feels like a few minutes and then you slowly wake up and you’re all done.

Its so hard for me to lose some weight, i have been overweight since i was 6, i really don't want to grow up fat. I started to start losing weight last year (2023), no matter what i did, i wouldn't lose weight. Now its 2024 and I'm fighting hard to lose weight, i finally realized what made me stay fat, it was my diet. I didn't care what i ate because i thought i ate healthy. Now its summer vacation and i really want to lose weight before starting high school. Ive been going through obesity and ive been crying because of my body. I have no idea what to do, my mom cooks some unhealthy food 😢maybe i should hire a weight loss coach or go to a weight loss camp
